So Dave Carrol is a member of the Canadian band
Sons of Maxwell, and in March of last year the band was traveling to Nebraska to play a show. Dave looks out his window on the airplane and notices the baggage handlers throwing around his guitar. Lo and behold, when he arrives, his $3,500 Taylor guitar is broken. Dave tries to file a complaint with the airline, but is bombarded with "I'm not the person you need to talk to"'s and "It's not my job"'s. Eventaully he's given a final reply, United will not reimburse him for the damage to his instrument.
Now Dave is pissed, and decides to write and produce music videos for 3 songs, describing how crappy United is. Hopefully this little stunt will do more than $3,500 damage to United. I'd be pissed too if this happened to me and my guitar.
